At Salty Paradise Apparel, we work hard to get your orders prepared, packaged, and on their way as quickly as possible!

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Custom-designed, personalized, and special-order merchandise may require additional production time. Any additional processing time will be communicated when applicable.

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

UPS Ground
Amazon Shipping Ground

The shipping carrier is selected based on the package, destination, and available shipping services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping conditions.

Please note: Our 3–5 business day processing time is separate from the carrier's shipping transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and help determine an appropriate resolution.

For damaged products, our preferred resolution is a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Destinations

Salty Paradise Apparel currently ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Rates and delivery estimates for Alaska and Hawaii may differ from those for the contiguous United States.
